Galena Square Veterinary Clinic - Veterinarian Dr. Terry BeebeDr. Terry Beebe

Dr. Terry Beebe purchased Galena Square Veterinary Clinic in 2013. He grew up locally on a dairy farm near Scales Mound, IL.  After graduating from the University of Illinois, he and his wife, Jolene operated the family dairy farm with his parents for 12 years.  The dream of being a veterinarian lured Terry away from the family farm.  He attended classes at UW-Platteville for 2 years prior to going to veterinary school.  Dr. Beebe received his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Oklahoma State University in 2000.  Dr. Beebe has owned and operated Family Pet Hospital, LLC in Platteville, Wisconsin since 2006.  Terry and Jolene have 3 children, Tanner, Jared, & Taylor.  They raise English Shepherds and current pets are “Tessa NOON” and "Storm”.

Dr. Beebe especially enjoys Preventative Medicine, Surgery, and Orthopedics.  He delights in getting to know patients and clients as well as helping future veterinarians gain insight and experience in the profession.
