As our Clinic Manager, Jolene combines her nursing skills with her past experience in bookkeeping and accounting. Jolene and her husband (Dr. Terry Beebe) live in Platteville WI. Life gets crazy as they try to keep up with sons Tanner & Jared, and daughter Taylor. They are active at Community Evangelical Free Church and raise English Shepherd puppies.
Jolene completed her Associates degree in Nursing at Northeast IA Community College in 1995. She has worked as an OR Circulating, Labor & Delivery, Neonatal Intensive Care, Mother-Baby, and Pediatric Nurse.
Megan joined our team in August of 2019, bringing with her 20 years of customer service experience. Megan spends most of her working hours at Galena Square Veterinary Clinic, but you may run into her at Family Pet Hospital as well. She grew up in Platteville and has always had a love for animals. She is eager to go back to school to become a veterinary technician.
Megan currently lives in Cuba City with her son, Brayden, and twin sister, Molly. Ruling the house are her cats, Allie, Allan, and Sam Winchester. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, attending her son's sporting events (she's his #1 fan!), cooking, and going to concerts.
Kelsi completed her education through Penn Foster College for her Veterinary Assistant degree and is currently working on her Veterinary Technician degree. She started working for Galena Square Veterinary Clinic as an intern and has continued with us. She likes the hands on aspects of veterinary medicine the best and working directly with patients.
She lives in the country with her two children, Weston and Kinzley. Kelsi and her family share their lives with a variety of animals. In her downtime, Kelsi enjoys spending time with her human and furry family members.
Emily graduated from the University of Wisconsin- Platteville with a Bachelor's of Science in Animal Science and Agribusiness in May 2020.
Since she was young, she has had a passion for animals. Her favorite part of veterinary medicine is helping nurse sick pets back to health.
Emily lives in Dubuque, IA with her fiancé, Jake, her dog, Ollie, and cat, Fisher. In her free time, Emily enjoys hiking, cooking, and travelling.
Emily is excited to meet you and your pets!
Leonard Square has been dutifully performing the job of “clinic cat” since spring of 2012. He is a friendly fellow, often interested in investigating our canine and feline patients alike. He may pester you into petting him if you happen to be at the front desk, but don’t feel slighted if you miss him – one of his favorite pastimes is letting himself into the cabinet for a nap among the blankets.
