We operate by appointment.

For the safety of our staff, clients, and all pets in our care, we require all pets to be current on vaccinations and arrive to the clinic on a leash or in a carrier.

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Care Credit, cash, and personal checks. 

Galena Square Veterinary Clinic will provide a written prescription for veterinarian prescribed medications at your request.  We cannot fax or call prescriptions to outside pharmacies.

In order for our staff to safely handle your pet, Galena Square Veterinary Clinic requires they be current on their rabies vaccination.  If you cannot provide proof of a current rabies vaccine, your pet will receive one at the time of your appointment. 

Missed appointments and late cancellations often mean other patients in need have had to wait. If this becomes a common occurrence, pre-payment will be required.
